新时代艺术院校辅导员队伍建设发展路径思考

新时代艺术院校思想政治工作面临着培养具有思想觉悟、世界胸怀、时代使命、艺高德馨的文艺工作者新要求,也面临着辅导员自身角色定位不清晰、全校整体协同育人作用发挥不佳、存在交流孤岛、辅导员职业核心能力有待提升等现实问题,因此,从发展路径上做好顶层设计,加强辅导员队伍建设的政治性和稳定性;坚持全校联动,增强辅导员队伍建设的功能性和指导性;促进交流沟通,提高辅导员工作的主动性与有效性;加强内涵发展,提升辅导员队伍建设的理论性和针对性,进一步提升艺术院校辅导员队伍建设发展水平。

The ideological and political work in art institutes in new era faces new requirements for cultivating artistic workers with ideological awareness,global vision,sense of mission and artistic accomplishment.It also faces practical problems such as unclear positioning of counselors'roles,inadequate collaborative education throughout the school,communication islands,and lacking of counselors'core professional ability.Therefore,from the perspective of top-level design,it is necessary to strengthen the political and stable building of the counselor team;insisting on school-wide collaboration,to enhance the functional and guiding role of the counselor team building;promoting communication,to improve the initiative and effectiveness of counselors'work;enhancing development of substance,to improve the theoretical and targeted effects of the counselor team building,further improving the development level of counselor team building in art institutes.
