摘要
在C60高强清水混凝土配合比基础上,采用正交试验结合图像处理技术研究了胶凝材料总量、矿渣微粉掺量、硅灰掺量、水胶比以及粗骨料级配等对高强度清水混凝土的工作性能、力学性能以及清水效果的影响。结果表明:对清水混凝土坍落度的影响程度依次为胶凝材料总量>粗骨料级配>矿渣微粉掺量>硅灰掺量>水胶比;对清水混凝土28 d抗压强度的影响程度依次为矿渣微粉掺量>水胶比>胶凝材料总量>硅灰掺量>粗骨料级配;对清水效果的影响程度依次为胶凝材料总量>硅灰掺量>矿渣微粉掺量>水胶比>粗骨料级配。
On the basis of the C60 high-strength fair-faced concrete mix ratio,the effects of the total amount of cementitious materials,slag powder content,silica fume content,water binder ratio and different particle size coarse aggregate content on the workability,mechanical properties and clean water effect of high-strength fair-faced concrete are studied by orthogonal test and image processing technology.The results are as follows,the influence degree on the slump of fair-faced concrete is as follows:total amount of cementitious materials>content of coarse aggregate with different particle sizes>content of slag powder>content of silica fume>water binder ratio,the degree of influence on the 28 d compressive strength of fair-faced concrete is as follows:slag powder content>water binder ratio>total amount of cementitious materials>silica fume content>coarse aggregate content of different particle sizes,the influence degree on the effect of clean water is in the order of total amount of cementitious materials>silica fume content>slag powder content>water binder ratio>coarse aggregate content of different particle sizes.
