摘要
为推进钢渣在道路基层规模化应用,总结了钢渣基层标准体系建设历程,分析了钢渣体积膨胀和重金属浸出风险,探讨了不同钢渣基层混合料(水泥稳定钢渣碎石、水泥粉煤灰稳定钢渣碎石、石灰粉煤灰钢渣碎石)的路用性能,介绍了钢渣基层应用现状和存在的问题。研究结果表明:已固化钢渣通过添加掺合料的方式可提高体积安定性,熔融钢渣采用工艺法和调质法从源头控制活性物质含量;钢渣存在重金属浸出风险,应强化钢渣原材料检测,开展专项设计避免雨水渗入基层;钢渣掺入基层混合料,总体上可改善力学性能,显著降低干燥收缩,提高抗裂性能,对水泥稳定钢渣碎石的抗冲刷与抗疲劳性能有一定的提升;钢渣基层应用处于铺筑试验段的探索阶段,后期应开展钢渣基多源固废材料、钢渣基层成套技术和钢渣应用政策保障体系等研究。
To promote the large-scale application of steel slag in road base,firstly,the process of steel slag standard system in road base was summarized,and the risks of steel slag volume expansion and heavy metal leaching were analyzed.Then,the pavement performance of cement stabilized steel slag macadam,cement fly ash stabilized steel slag macadam and lime fly ash steel slag macadam were comprehensively investigated.Finally,the application status and existing problems of steel slag base course were introduced.The results show that the volume stability of solidified steel slag can be improved by admixture method,and the content of active material can be controlled from the source by process method and melting tempering method.There is a risk of heavy metal leaching in steel slag,so the detection of raw materials of steel slag should be strengthened and special design should be carried out to avoid rainwater infiltration into the base.In general,the steel slag mixed into the base course mixture can improve the mechanical properties,significantly reduce the drying shrinkage,increase the crack resistance,and enhance the anti-scouring and anti-fatigue performance of cement stabilized steel slag macadam.The application of steel slag base course is in the exploration stage of paving test section.In future,research on steel slag based multi-source solid waste materials,steel slag base course complete technology and application policy guarantee system of steel slag should be conducted.
