摘要
混凝土的抗裂防水一直是大体积混凝土工程亟待解决的问题,为预防地下室大体积主体结构出现贯穿性裂缝导致渗水破坏,使用镁质膨胀抗裂剂调控裂缝降低开裂,通过开展足尺模型试验研究镁质抗裂剂对地下室大体积混凝土性能影响以及混凝土性能与施工工艺的匹配性。结果表明,通过混凝土配合比的调整、施工过程控制以及抗裂剂的应用,未出现贯穿性的温度及收缩性裂缝,整体效果良好,镁质抗裂剂很好地起到了补偿收缩及控制温度收缩裂缝的作用。
The crack resistance and waterproofing of concrete have always been an urgent problem to be solved in bulk concrete engineering.In order to prevent water seepage damage due to penetrating cracks in basement bulk structure,magnesium anti-cracking agent is used to regulate cracks and reduce cracking,and the impact of expansion anti-cracking agent on the performance of basement bulk concrete and the matching of concrete performance and construction process is studied by conducting full-scale model experiments.The results show that through the adjustment of concrete ratio,construction process control and the application of anti-cracking agent,there is no penetrating temperature and shrinkage cracks,the overall effect is good,magnesium anti-cracking agent is good to compensate for shrinkage and control temperature shrinkage cracks.
