“十四五”规划提出要把乡镇建成服务农民的区域中心。小城镇的改造成功与否较大程度取决于前期的规划设计。当前我国的小城镇改造还处于发展初期,各地均在探索改造的成功经验。以SWOT分析法对东山街小城镇现状进行全方位剖析,提出倾斜摄影技术和泡沫沥青冷再生技术在小城镇改造中的应用;探索小城镇规划创新思路,指明小城镇产业发展方向;总结基础设施创新设计、城镇风貌创新设计、融资渠道探索等创新设计思路,融入到规划设计中“擦亮小城镇”,为美丽中国建设添砖加瓦。

The 14th Five-Year Plan proposes to build townships into regional centers that serve farmers.The success of the renovation of small towns largely depends on the early planning&design.At present,the transformation of small towns in China is still in its early stages of development,and successful experiences of transformation are being explored in various regions.The status quo of Dongshan Street small town is analyzed by SWOT analysis,and the application of tilt photography technology&foam asphalt cold regeneration technology in small town reconstruction is put forward.Explore the innovative ideas of small town planning,point out the direction of small town industry development.Summarize innovative design ideas such as infrastructure innovation design,urban style innovation design,&financing channel exploration,and integrate them into the planning&design to polish small towns and contribute to the construction of a beautiful China.
