上海市中心城区三甲医院交通拥堵改善对策研究

Research on Improvement Measures for Traffic Congestion in Top Three Hospitals in the Downtown of Shanghai

上海市中心城区三甲医院周边一直是交通拥堵的多发区,存在停车困难、道路拥堵、秩序混乱等现象。在对中心城区32家三甲医院的交通特征、配套设施等方面现状调研的基础上,总结医院交通特征及现状交通系统的不足,并结合现行规范和成功经验,提出中心城区三甲医院交通拥堵改善对策。最后,以第六人民医院为例,提出了具体改善措施。

The surrounding area of the Top Three Hospital in the downtown of Shanghai has always been a frequent area of traffic congestion,there are parking difficulties,road congestion,disorder and other phenomena.Based on the investigation of the traffic characteristics and supporting facilities of 32 Top Three Hospitals in the central urban area,it summarizes the traffic characteristics of hospitals and the disadvantages of the current traffic system,and combines the current norms&successful experience to put forward the countermeasures for improving traffic congestion in Top Three Hospitals in the downtown.Finally,taking the Sixth People's Hospital as an example,it puts forward the concrete improvement measures.
