解决大党独有难题是党的二十大提出的重大政治命题,其蕴含深刻理论旨趣。新时代新征程,中国共产党面临如何始终不忘初心、牢记使命,如何始终统一思想、统一意志、统一行动,如何始终具备强大的执政能力和领导水平,如何始终保持干事创业精神状态,如何始终能够及时发现和解决自身存在的问题,如何始终保持风清气正的政治生态等“大党独有难题”。文章认为解决这些难题重点需做到:坚持加强党的全面领导和党中央集中统一领导;不断推进马克思主义中国化时代化,武装党员干部思想;坚持以严的基调强化正风肃纪;完善党的自我革命制度规范体系;坚持不敢腐、不能腐、不想腐一体推进。

Solving the unique problems of big parties is a major political proposition proposed by the 20th Na⁃tional Congress of the Communist Party of China,which contains profound theoretical purport.In the new era and new journey,the CPC is faced with"unique problems of big parties",such as how to always remain true to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind,how to always unify our thinking,will,and action,how to always have a strong governing ability and leadership level,how to always maintain the entrepreneurial spirit,how to always find and solve our own problems in a timely manner,and how to always maintain a clean and upright political ecology.This article holds that the key to solving these problems is to strengthen the com⁃prehensive leadership of the Party and the centralized and unified leadership of the Party Central Committee;continuously promote the sinicization and modernization of Marxism,and arm the ideology of Party members and cadres;adhere to a strict tone to strengthen upright conduct and discipline;improve the Party's self revolution⁃ary system and normative system;adhere to the principle of do not dare,are not able,and ultimately have no de⁃sire to be corrupt as one.
