木醋液改性沸石吸附制革废水Cr^(3+)的应用研究

摘要 对用木醋液改性沸石处理制革含铬废水进行了应用试验研究,对改性沸石用量、废水p H值、处理时间,除铬效果等因素的影响,进行了试验,结果表明:当废水pH≥4, Cr^(3+)≤300 mg/L时,按铬与改性沸石量比1∶500投加改性沸石进行处理,铬去除率大于99%,污水可达排放标准。 The application of zeolite modified by wood vinegar to the treatment of chrome-containing tannery wastewater was studied.The effects of modified zeolite dosage,wastewater pH value,treatment time,chrome-removing effect and other factors were tested.The results showed that:When the wastewater pH≥4,Cr^(3+)≤300 mg/L,according to the ratio of chromium and modified zeolite 1∶500 modified zeolite was added for treatment,chromium removal rate is greater than 99%,sewage can meet the discharge standard.
