新时代工科研究生价值观念塑造的问题分析与方法探究--以湖南大学控制学科为例

摘要 随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代,学生核心价值观念的塑造已经成为衡量人才培养质量的重要指标。为解决部分高校工科研究生培养过程中存在的价值引领薄弱、科研导向模糊、培养模式陈旧等问题,湖南大学控制学科着力强化思想政治、科学家精神和企业家精神三元价值引领,提出并实践了“三维协同—三链贯通—三阶递进”的工科研究生价值观念塑造方法,结合研究生拔尖人才培养途径,在研究生人才培养方面取得了良好的应用成效,为国内外其他高校提供了有益的参考与借鉴。 As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the shaping of students core values has gradually become an important part of measuring the quality of talent training.In order to solve the outstanding problems such as weak value guidance,fuzzy scientific research orientation,and outdated training model in the process of postgraduate training in some colleges and universities,and strengthen the ternary value guidance of ideological and political education,scientist spirit,and entrepreneur spirit,a method of“three-dimensional cooperation,three-chain connection,and three-stage progression”is proposed to shape the value concept of engineering graduate students.Combining with the ways of prominent talent development,it has achieved great application results in the control discipline of Hunan University,and can provide useful reference for other universities at home and abroad.
