摘要
异吲哚啉酮具有广泛的生物活性,合成结构多样的新型异吲哚啉-1-酮类化合物具有重要意义。为构建新型异吲哚啉-1-酮类化合物,以3-亚甲基异吲哚啉-1-酮和芳香醛为原料,在三氯硅烷作用下发生缩合反应,以普遍中等到良好的产率得到一系列2-芳基丙烷-1,3-二亚甲基双异吲哚-1-酮类化合物,所有产物结构由^(1)H NMR,^(13)C NMR和HR-MS(ESI)确证,另外还得到了产物3aa的单晶,通过X-射线衍射确定其构型为(3 E,3′E)。
Isoindolinones have a wide variety of bioactivities.Synthesis of novel isoindolinones is of great importance.In order to construct new isoindolinones,in the presence of trichlorosilane,condensation of 3-methyleneisoindoline-1-ones with aryl aldehydes has been realized.A wide variety of(2-arylpropane-1,3-diylidene)bis(isoindolin-1-ones)were prepared in generally moderate to good yields.The structures of all products were confirmed by ^(1)H NMR,^(13)C NMR and HR-MS(ESI).Moreover,the configuration of one product was determined as(3 E,3′E)by a X-ray crystal analysis.
