摘要
某电厂汽轮机高压缸运行期间发生夹层腔和平衡活塞后腔室温度异常。结合汽缸结构特点和运行数据,分析了若干可能导致上述异常的原因。利用有限元软件计算分析了4种不同蒸汽温度水平下,平衡活塞后高压转子应力减轻槽区域的Mises合成应力比和多轴高温蠕变应变水平。为确保机组的运行安全可靠性,结合分析结果,认为应优化机组运行参数,并应严格控制夹层腔蒸汽温度,使其不高于530℃,确保平衡活塞后腔室蒸汽温度不高于540℃,以备机组停机检修维护。研究结果及运行建议可为类似问题的处理提供借鉴和参考。
The temperature abnormality of the interlayer chamber and the chamber behind the balance piston in high pressure turbine cylinder of a power plant was observed during operation.Combined with the structure characteristics of the cylinder and the operation data,several possible causes of the abnormality were analyzed.The Mises synthetic stress ratio and multi-axis high-temperature creep strain levels of the high pressure rotor stress relief groove area behind the balance piston were calculated and analyzed using finite element software at four different steam temperature levels.To ensure the operation safety and reliability of the unit,it was concluded from the analysis results that the operation parameters of the unit should be optimized,meanwhile,the steam temperature in the interlayer chamber should be strictly controlled under 530℃,and the steam temperature of the chamber behind the balance piston should not be higher than 540℃in preparation for unit shut down for maintenance.The research results and the operation advices can provide reference for the handling of similar problems.
