家庭农场土地流转与农业雇工决策——基于中国乡村振兴综合调查的研究

Decision-making on Land Renting and Laborer Hiring of Family Farms-An Empirical Study Based on China Rural Revitalization Survey

家庭农场已成为新形势下我国推进乡村产业振兴、加快实现农业农村现代化的重要力量。本文采用2020年中国乡村振兴调查(CRRS)的家庭农场样本数据,研究家庭农场的土地流转与农业雇工决策,定量分析家庭农场经营规模的影响因素。研究发现,要素市场价格、土地流转市场发育水平、要素禀赋等变量对家庭农场的土地流转决策与农业雇工决策产生了显著影响;同时,家庭农场土地流转决策与农业雇工决策之间具有正相关性,二者具有相互关联、相互促进的关系。本文的研究为协同推进农村生产要素市场化改革、加快培养高素质职业农民以促进家庭农场快速发展提供了理论依据。

Nowadays,family farms have become one of the important drivers for advancing rural industrial revitalization and agricultural and rural modernization in China.By using family farms sample data of China Rural Revitalization Survey in 2020,decision-making on land renting and laborer hiring of family farms has been explored and factors influencing the operation size of family farms have been analyzed quantitatively.The results show that market prices of factors,development level of land renting market,endowments of factors,etc.,have generated statistically significant effects on the decision-making on land renting and laborer hiring of family farms;meanwhile,the decision-making on land renting and the decision-making on laborer hiring of family farms are positively correlated and they are interrelated and mutually beneficial.The study of this paper has provided empirical evidence for promoting the market-oriented reforms of rural production factors coordinately and nurturing high quality farmers quickly to develop family farms in China.
