牙周基础治疗联合曲安奈德口腔软膏治疗口腔扁平苔藓的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Periodontal Basic Therapy Combined with Triamcinolone Acetonide Dental Paste in Treatment of Oral Lichen Planus

目的:探讨牙周基础治疗联合曲安奈德口腔软膏对口腔扁平苔藓患者的治疗效果。方法:选取2015年1月—2021年1月北京市上地医院收治的80例口腔扁平苔藓患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与联合组,各40例。对照组实施牙周基础治疗,联合组在对照组基础上应用曲安奈德口腔软膏治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、血清IgG及IgM水平、疼痛情况、不良反应发生情况及复发情况。结果:联合组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。治疗后3个月,两组复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后6、12个月,联合组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗后,联合组血清IgG、IgM水平及疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。联合组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:牙周基础治疗联合曲安奈德口腔软膏可以提高口腔扁平苔藓患者的治疗效果,减轻炎性反应,降低复发率及不良反应发生率,改善患者疼痛症状。

Objective:To investigate the treatment effect of periodontal basic therapy combined with triamcinolone acetonide dental paste in the patients with oral lichen planus.Methods:A total of 80 patients with oral lichen planus treated in Beijing Shangdi Hospital from January 2015 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into control group and combined group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received periodontal basic therapy,and the combined group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide dental paste on the basis of control group.The treatment effect,serum IgG and IgM levels,pains,adverse reactions and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).At 3 months after treatment,there was no significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).At 6 and 12 months after treatment,the recurrence rate in the combined group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,serum IgG and IgM levels and pain scores in the combined group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Periodontal basic therapy combined with triamcinolone acetonide dental paste can improve the treatment effect in patients with oral lichen planus,reduce inflammatory reaction,reduce the recurrence rate and the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the pain symptoms of patients.
