抗缪勒管激素与体重指数的相关性及诊断多囊卵巢综合征的临床价值

Correlation Between Anti-Mullerian Hormone and Body Mass Index and Clinical Value in Diagnosis of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的:研究抗缪勒管激素(AMH)与体重指数(BMI)的相关性及诊断多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床价值。方法:选取2019年4月—2022年4月定西市人民医院收治的96例PCOS患者作为观察组,另外选取同期在本院进行健康查体的女性作为对照组。比较两组的AMH和BMI水平,采用Pearson相关分析PCOS患者AMH水平和体重指数的相关性,采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析AMH对PCOS的诊断价值。结果:观察组AMH和BMI水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析结果显示,PCOS患者的AMH与BMI水平呈正相关(r=0.46,P<0.05)。AMH诊断PCOS的ROC曲线下面积(AUC)为0.861,灵敏度为84.1%,特异度为75.8%,最佳诊断切点为7.65 ng/mL。结论:PCOS患者的AMH与BMI水平呈正相关,AMH诊断PCOS的价值较高,最佳诊断切点为7.65 ng/mL。

Objective:To investigate the correlation between anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH)and body mass index(BMI)and clinical value in the diagnosis of polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS).Methods:A total of 96 PCOS patients admitted to Dingxi People's Hospital from April 2019 to April 2022 were selected as the observation group,and females who underwent physical examination in Dingxi People's Hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.AMH and BMI levels were compared between the two groups.Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between AMH and BMI in PCOS patients.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to analyze the diagnostic value of AMH in PCOS.Results:AMH and BMI levels in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that AMH was positively correlated with BMI in PCOS patients(r=0.46,P<0.05).The area under ROC curve(AUC)of AMH in the diagnosis of PCOS was 0.861,the sensitivity was 84.1%,the specificity was 75.8%,and the optimal diagnostic cut-off point was 7.65 ng/mL.Conclusion:AMH is positively correlated with BMI in PCOS patients.AMH has a high valus in the diagnosis of PCOS and the optimal diagnostic cut-off point is 7.65 ng/mL.
