H型高血压的临床研究现状及药物治疗进展

随着临床对高血压发病机制和危险因素研究的深入,发现了更多和高血压患者发生心血管事件相关的危险因子。半胱氨酸是近年来新发现的危险因素,高血压合并同型半胱氨酸血症被临床定义为H型高血压。本文就针对H型高血压的流行病特点、发病机制,与慢性肾病、心脑血管疾病的联系,治疗方法等进行阐述。

With the deepening of clinical research on the pathogenesis and risk factors of hypertension,more risk factors related to cardiovascular events in patients with hypertension have been found.Cysteine is a newly discovered risk factor in recent years.Hypertension with homocysteinemia is clinically defined as H-type hypertension.This paper reviews the epidemiological characteristics and pathogenesis of H-type hypertension,its association with chronic renal disease and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,as well as treatment methods.
