微血管减压术治疗面肌痉挛合并同侧三叉神经痛的效果观察

Effect Observation of Microvascular Decompression in Treatment of Facial Spasm with Ipsilateral Trigeminal Neuralgia

目的:探讨微血管减压术治疗面肌痉挛合并同侧三叉神经痛的效果。方法:选取2017年6月—2021年6月山东省淄博市桓台县中医院收治的86例面肌痉挛合并同侧三叉神经痛患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各43例。对照组采用面神经部分切开术治疗,观察组采用微血管减压术治疗。比较两组临床疗效、并发症发生情况及生活质量。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。术前,两组躯体状态、精神状态、生理职能、社会功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后3周,两组躯体状态、精神状态、生理职能、社会功能评分均高于术前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:面肌痉挛合并同侧三叉神经痛患者采用微血管减压术治疗,能够有效改善其临床症状,降低并发症发生率,提高生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of microvascular decompression in the treatment of facial spasm with ipsilateral trigeminal neuralgia.Methods:A total of 86 patients with facial spasm combined with ipsilateral trigeminal neuralgia who were treated in Huantai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Zibo City of Shandong Province from June 2017 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with partial facial neurectomy and the observation group was treated with microvascular decompression.The clinical efficacy,incidence of complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The overall effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The complication incidence in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Before surgery,there were no significant differences in physical state,mental state,physiological function and social function scores between the two groups(P>0.05).At 3 weeks after surgery,the scores of physical state,mental state,physiological function and social function in the two groups were higher than those before surgery,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The microvascular decompression in treatment of facial spasm combined with ipsilateral trigeminal neuralgia can effectively improve clinical symptoms,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the quality of life.
