安坤止血汤联合地屈孕酮治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的效果观察

Effect Observation of Ankun Zhixue Decoction Combined with Dydrogesterone in Treatment of Perimenopausal Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

目的:探讨应用安坤止血汤联合地屈孕酮治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者的效果。方法:选取2020年2月—2021年2月甘肃省陇南市成县中医医院收治的66例围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各33例。对照组采用地屈孕酮治疗,观察组采用安坤止血汤联合地屈孕酮治疗。比较两组临床疗效、月经周期及经期变化情况、血清性激素变化情况、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.004)。治疗前,两组月经周期、经期比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组月经周期、经期短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗前,两组卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素、雌二醇水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素水平低于对照组,雌二醇水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=1.000)。结论:安坤止血汤联合地屈孕酮应用于围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者中的效果显著,可缩短月经周期、经期,改善性激素水平,且安全性较高。

Objective:To explore the effect of Ankun Zhixue Decoction combined with dydrogesterone in treatment of patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods:A total of 66 patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding admitted to Chengxian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Longnan City of Gansu Province from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dydrogesterone,and the observation group was treated with Ankun Zhixue Decoction combined with dydrogesterone.The clinical efficacy,changes in menstrual cycle and menstrual period,changes in serum sex hormones and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The overall effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.004).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in menstrual cycles and menstrual period between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the menstrual cycle and menstrual period in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone and estradiol between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of estradiol in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The incidence of adverse reactions showed no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P=1.000).Conclusion:The Ankun Zhixue Decoction combined with dydrogesterone has significant effects in patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding,it can shorten menstrual cycles and menstrual period,improve sex hormone levels and has high safety.
