健康教育对长期留置导尿管患者的应用效果分析

摘要 目的:探讨健康教育对长期留置导尿管患者的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年12月宜州区人民医院收治的40例长期留置导尿管患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,各20例。对照组实施常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上加强健康教育。比较两组自我护理能力、生活质量、不良反应发生情况。结果:护理前,两组自我概念、自护责任感、自护技能、健康知识评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组自我概念、自护责任感、自护技能、健康知识评分均高于护理前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组一般健康状况、精神健康、社会功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组一般健康状况、精神健康、社会功能评分均高于护理前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.037)。结论:健康教育对长期留置导尿管患者的应用效果显著,可提高患者自我护理能力,降低不良反应发生率,提高生活质量。 Objective:To explore the application effect of health education in patients with long-term indwelling catheter.Methods:From January 2020 to December 2021,40 patients with long-term indwelling catheter admitted to Yizhou District People's Hospital were selected as the study subjects.Using a random number table method,they were divided into control group and experimental group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group implemented conventional nursing and the experimental group strengthened health education on the basis of control group.The self-care ability,quality of life and adverse reactions occurrence were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of self-concept,self-care responsibility,self-care skills,and health knowledge between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-concept,self-care responsibility,self-care skills,and health knowledge in two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no statistically significant differences in general health status,mental health and social function between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of general health status,mental health and social function in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.037).Conclusion:Health education has significant application effects for patients with long-term indwelling catheter,it can improve the patient's self-care ability,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the quality of life.
