集束化护理对主动脉夹层患者术后恢复及生活质量的影响

Influence of Cluster Nursing on Postoperative Recovery and Quality of Life of Patients with Aortic Dissection

目的:探讨集束化护理对主动脉夹层患者术后恢复情况和生活质量(Quality of Life,QOL)的影响。方法:选取2018年9月—2020年9月东南大学附属中大医院收治的20例主动脉夹层患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与研究组,各10例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予集束化护理。比较两组术后恢复情况及QOL。结果:研究组卧床及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组身体功能、身体角色、身体疼痛、社会功能、角色情绪、活力、心理健康、总体健康评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组身体功能、身体角色、身体疼痛、社会功能、角色情绪、活力、心理健康、总体健康评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:集束化护理能促进主动脉夹层患者术后康复,提高其QOL。

Objective:To explore the influence of cluster nursing on the postoperative recovery and quality of life(QOL)of patients with aortic dissection.Methods:Twenty patients with aortic dissection in Zhongda Hospital,Southeast University from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 10 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received cluster nursing on the basis of control group.Postoperative recovery and QOL were compared between the two groups.Results:The time of lying in bed and hospitalization time in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in physical function,physical role,physical pain,social function,role emotion,vitality,mental health,and overall health scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the physical function,physical role,physical pain,social function,role emotion,vitality,mental health,and overall health scores in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cluster nursing can promote the postoperative recovery and improve the QOL of patients with aortic dissection.
