社区房颤患者应用综合管理干预的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Comprehensive Management Intervention in Patients with Atrial Fibrillation in Community

目的:探讨综合管理治疗对社区心房颤动患者的干预效果。方法:选取2017年1月—2022年1月广东省广州市越秀区大东街社区卫生服务中心收治的112例心房颤动患者作为研究对象,采用随机抽样法分为参照组与研究组,各56例。参照组给予常规心房颤动管理方式,研究组给予综合管理干预。对比两组依从性、不良反应发生情况、生活质量。结果:研究组总依从率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组不良反应总发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0017)。干预前,两组生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、社会功能、心理健康、情感职能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、社会功能、心理健康、情感职能评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:社区心房颤动患者给予综合管理干预,能够有效提升治疗依从性,降低不良反应发生率,提高生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the intervention effect of comprehensive management treatment in patients with atrial fibrillation in community.Methods:A total of 112 patients with atrial fibrillation who were treated in the Yuexiu District Dadong Street Community Health Service Center in Guangzhou City of Guangdong Province from January 2017 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into reference group and study group according to random sampling method,with 56 patients in each group.The reference group was given conventional atrial fibrillation management methods,and the study group was given comprehensive management intervention.The compliance,occurrence of adverse reactions and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The total compliance rate in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0017).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of physiological function,bodily pain,general health,social function,mental health and emotional function between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of physiological function,bodily pain,general health,social function,mental health and emotional function in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.001).Conclusion:The comprehensive management intervention for patients with atrial fibrillation in the community can effectively enhance the treatment compliance,reduce the incidence of adverse reaction and improve the quality of life.
