某社区女性更年期综合征现状调查及影响因素分析

Investigation on Current Status of Female Climacteric Syndrome and Analysis of Influencing Factors in a Community

目的:分析北京市大兴区榆垡社区女性更年期综合征现状、影响因素,提出相应干预措施。方法:选取2021年3月—2022年3月于北京市大兴区榆垡镇中心卫生院体检的2214例>40岁女性作为研究对象。分析更年期综合征女性的影响因素。结果:2214例女性中,患更年期综合征1322例,更年期综合征的发生率为59.71%。月经情况、伴侣情况、婚姻质量、慢性疾病、抑郁症、住地、年龄、喝豆浆是更年期综合征的影响因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。伴侣情况、婚姻质量、慢性疾病、抑郁症是女性更年期综合征的独立危险因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:伴侣情况、婚姻质量、慢性疾病、抑郁症是女性更年期综合征的独立危险因素,应及时采取有效措施干预,做好健康宣教,改善女性负面情绪。

Objective:To analyze the current situation and influencing factors of female climacteric syndrome in Beijing Daxing District Yufa Community,and propose the corresponding intervention measures.Methods:A total of 2214 women over 40 years old who underwent physical examinations at the Beijing Daxing District Yufa Town Central Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The influencing factors of climacteric syndrome in women were analyzed.Results:Among the 2214 women,1322 cases had climacteric syndrome,with an incidence rate of 59.71%.Menstruation,partner status,marriage quality,chronic diseases,depression,residence,age,drinking soybean milk were the influencing factors of climacteric syndrome,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Partner status,marriage quality,chronic diseases,and depression were independent risk factors for female climacteric syndrome,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Partner status,marriage quality,chronic diseases,and depression are independent risk factors for female climacteric syndrome.Effective measures should be taken in a timely manner to intervene,promote health education,and improve negative emotions in women.
