聚氨酯固化砂性土在不同温度下的抗压性能试验研究

摘要 针对砂性土黏聚力低颗粒松散的问题,采用聚氨酯对砂性土进行固化处理。分别制备不同聚氨酯固化剂含量、不同类型聚氨酯和不同密度的聚氨酯固化砂样品,并采用无侧限抗压强度对聚氨酯固化砂性土的抗压性能进行表征。结果表明,聚氨酯固化剂含量的增加可提高砂性土的无侧限抗压强度,但对峰值应变的影响不大,为聚氨酯固化剂在岩土工程中的应用提供一定的数据参考。 In order to solve the problem of low cohesion and loose particles of sandy soil,polyurethane was used to solidify sandy soil.Polyurethane cured sand samples with different polyurethane curing agent content,different types of polyurethane and different density were prepared,and the unconfined compressive strength was used to characterize the compressive properties of polyurethane solidified sandy soil.The results show that the increase of the content of polyurethane curing agent can improve the unconfined compressive strength of sandy soil,but has little effect on the peak strain,which provides some data reference for the application of polyurethane curing agent in geotechnical engineering.
