摘要
膜盘作为膜盘联轴节的主要弹性元件,通常由极薄的盘面组成,在工作中处于复杂应力状态。针对某型传动系统膜盘联轴节在不同载荷工况下的应用需求,开展不同几何参数膜盘联轴节的应力测试,并对比不同几何参数膜盘联轴节的刚度值。膜盘表面应力变化趋势分析表明,扭矩对膜盘表面应力影响最大,且膜盘容易发生屈曲变形,选择合适的扭矩加载方式对试验测量至关重要。双曲线型面膜盘扭转刚度最大,抗扭转能力强,不易发生失稳变形,更适合用于传动系统柔性连接装置。
Diaphragm,as the main elastic element of diaphragm coupling,is usually composed of extremely thin disk surface and always in complex stress state during operation.According to the application requirements of diaphragm coupling in a certain transmission system under different load conditions,the stress test of the diaphragm coupling with different geometric parameters was carried out,and the stiffness values of the diaphragm coupling with different geometric parameters were compared.The results show that the torque has the greatest influence on the surface stress of the membrane disk,and the membrane disk is phone to buckling deformation.It is very important to choose the appropriate torque loading method for the test results.The hyperbolic face plate coupling has the strongest torsion stiffness,strong resistance to rotation and instable deformation,so it is more suitable for flexible connecting device of transmission system.
