This paper analyzes the call process of telephone in voice switching system and introduces the faults caused by the telephone line in the voice switching system,the faults caused by the improper system configuration,and the fault cases caused by the improper use and operation of the multi-voice switching system.The paper concludes that the key point of telephone fault handling in voice switching system is to solve the fault by combining the law of voltage change and signal transmission process.
