高研磨性地层特征与钻头研究应用

摘要 川北地区陆相须家河组天然气资源丰富,但须家河组地层具有岩性致密、地层高研磨性、可钻性差的特征,导致钻头磨损严重,机械钻速慢。该文在分析各类钻头适应性的基础上,本着提速增效的目标,开展钻头优选研究,提出PDC+牙轮复合式钻头,并进行应用实践,现场应用取得良好的试验效果,PDC+牙轮复合式钻头在地层中具有较高机械钻速、进尺和使用寿命。 The continental Xujiahe formation in northern Sichuan is rich in natural gas resources,but the Xujiahe formation is characterized by tight lithology,high grindability and poor drillability,which leads to serious bit wear and slow mechanical drilling rate.Based on the analysis of the adaptability of all kinds of bits and with the goal of increasing speed and increasing efficiency,this paper carries out the research on bit optimization,puts forward the PDC+cone composite bit,and carries on the application practice,and the field application has achieved good test results.The PDC+cone composite bit has higher mechanical penetration rate,footage and service life in the formation.
