基于碳计量的绿色智慧城市建设成效评价体系研究

摘要 权威、真实、准确的碳排放数据和完善健全的标准计量体系是推进“碳达峰”“碳中和”的重要基础和关键支撑。为量化评价绿色智慧城市建设成效,以碳源碳汇分类为基础,采用能源消费碳排放和交通碳排放估算城市碳排放量,采用净初级生产力评估绿色植物有效固碳量,结合智慧城市低碳运行场景在分析现有碳管理模式和碳计量模型基础上,建立了一套适应范围广的低碳城市建设成效评价体系,以蚌埠市能源消费总量为数据源计算了其碳排放总量,结果表明可用于碳管理的进一步分析。该体系可为智慧低碳城市建设和运营期的碳管理提供有效的评价方法。 Authoritative,true and accurate carbon emission data and perfect standard measurement system are the important foundation and key support for promoting carbon peak and carbon neutrality.In order to quantitatively evaluate the construction effect of low-carbon cities,based on the classification of carbon sources and carbon sinks,carbon emissions from energy consumption and transportation are used to estimate the urban carbon emissions,and net primary productivity is used to assess the effective carbon sequestration of green plants.Based on the analysis of existing carbon management models and carbon measurement models in combination with the low-carbon operation scenario of smart cities,a set of evaluation system for the construction effect of low-carbon cities with a wide range of applications is established.Using the total energy consumption in Bengbu City as a data source,the total carbon emissions are calculatedfor further analysis of carbon management,which provides effective evaluation methods for carbon management during the construction and operation of smart low-carbon cities.
