“十三五”时期遂宁市空气质量研究

Research on the Air Quality of Suining During the"13th Five-Year Plan"

摘要 依据“十三五”期间遂宁市环境空气质量自动监测数据,对“十三五”期间遂宁市环境空气质量状况进行了分析,研究发现:“十三五”期间遂宁市环境空气质量逐年改善,空气优良率从2016年的87.7%增长到2020年的95.1%,2016年以来年平均升高1.8%;各污染物浓度均大幅下降,与“十三五”初期(2016年)相比,“十三五”末期(2020年)遂宁市城区各项污染物指标二氧化硫、二氧化氮、一氧化碳、臭氧、可吸入颗粒物和细颗粒物浓度分别下降了28.6%、18.2%、23.1%、4.3%、22.9%和26.8%;首要污染物为PM_(2.5)和O_(3),整体呈现复合式污染;全市监测点位之间差别较大,时段性污染明显。为此,结合遂宁市大气污染特征,提出了加强工业源治理、移动源整治、扬尘源管控、城乡面源治理和精准应对重污染天气等5条防治措施。 According to the automatic monitoring data of Suining's ambient air quality during the"13th Five Year Plan"period,the analysis of Suining's ambient air quality during the"13th Five Year Plan"period showed that the ambient air quality in Suining had improved year by year during the"13th Five Year Plan"period.The air quality rate has increased from 87.7%in 2016 to 95.1%in 2020,with an annual average increase of 1.8 percentage points since 2016.The concentration of all pollutants had dropped significantly.Compared with the early stage of the"13th Five-Year Plan"(2016),the concentrations of sulfur dioxide,nitrogen dioxide,carbon monoxide,ozone,inhalable particulate matter and fine particulate matter in Suining urban area at the end of the"13th Five-Year Plan"(2020)decreased by 28.6%,18.2%,23.1%,4.3%,22.9%and 26.8%respectively;The primary pollutants are PM_(2.5) and O_(3),showing a composite pollution overall.There was a large difference between the monitoring points in the city,and the pollution had obvious periodicity.Finally,according to the characteristics of air pollution in Suining City,five prevention and control measures are proposed,including strengthening industrial pollution source control,mobile pollution source control,dust pollution source control,urban and rural non-point pollution source control and accurate response to heavy pollution weather.
