氧化石墨烯和还原氧化石墨烯基电化学传感器在咖啡因检测中的应用

摘要 低浓度目标分析测定物对于制药、环保和食品等领域都很重要。咖啡因已被广泛用于饮料和药物中。其除了具有有益效果外,还有一定负面影响,因此,确定其在不同介质中的浓度非常重要。电化学传感器因其高效、快速,并且所需制备和测量条件相对简易而在各种分析技术中占据了特殊的位置。由于GO和RGO成本低、极性溶剂中溶解显著,电势范围宽,呈现电化学惰性,对咖啡因的反应性高,因而在咖啡因传感器中的应用越来越普遍。综述和讨论了近年GO和RGO基咖啡因电化学传感器的相关文献。 Low concentration target analytes are important in the fields of pharmaceuticals,environmental protection,and food.Caffeine has been widely used in beverages and drugs.In addition to its beneficial effects,it also has certain negative effects,so it is important to determine its concentration in different media.Electrochemical sensors occupy a special position in various analytical techniques due to their high efficiency,rapidity,and relatively simple preparation and measurement conditions.GO and RGO are widely used in caffeine sensors due to their low cost,significant solubility in polar solvents,wide potential range,electrochemical inertness,and high reactivity to caffeine.This paper reviews and discusses the recent literature on GO and RGO based electrochemical sensors for caffeine.
