110kV变压器绕组变形试验研究

摘要 变压器作为电网运行中的关键设备,其安全状况对整个电网系统的安全稳定运行起着至关重要的作用。绕组变形会引起变压器绝缘材料的损伤或绝缘距离的改变,导致绝缘击穿,对电网和电力生产单位带来巨大的安全隐患,因此变压器在投入前必须进行严格的绕组变形测试。采用低电压短路阻抗法和频率响应法对110kV变压器绕组变形情况进行了分析,结合2项试验数据判断出该110kV变压器不能够正常投运,并返厂吊罩检查。可见综合利用低电压短路阻抗法和频率响应法的测试特点可以快速准确诊断绕组变形,因此结合2种分析方法对变压器故障诊断和保障电站安全运行具有重要意义。 Transformer is the key equipment in power grid operation,and its safety condition plays a vital role in the safe and stable operation of the whole power system.Winding deformation will cause damage to transformer insulation materials or change of insulation distance,leading to insulation breakdown,and bring huge security risks to the power grid and power production units.Therefore,strict winding deformation test must be carried out before transformer put into operation.In this paper,low voltage short-circuit impedance method and frequency response method were used to analyze the winding deformation of 110kV transformer.Combined with the two-test data,it was determined that the 110kV transformer could not be normally put into operation,and was returned to the factory for inspection of hanging cap.The winding deformation can be diagnosed quickly and accurately by combining the characteristics of low voltage short-circuit impedance method and frequency response method.Therefore,combining the two analysis methods is of great significance for transformer fault diagnosis and safe operation of power station.
