摘要
针对低温泵内空化流动特性,从泵内空化研究以及泵内低温空化研究两方面进行了总结。在泵内空化流动方面,详细评述了国内外学者对泵内非定常空化流动现象的研究,以及低温泵目前主要应用对象。通过总结,发现目前泵内不稳定空化研究主要集中在空化的系统不稳定,对于空化的机理研究尤其是低温空化的发展机理研究较少,只有少数研究者已经开始着手研究简单物理模型上的低温空化发展过程。经过进一步分析,提出了叶轮内可视化试验研究、修正现有数值计算模型以及探索低温空化流固耦合是今后进一步研究低温泵内空化流动特性的重要方向。
According to the characteristics of cavitation flow in cryogenic pump,it is summarized from two aspects:the study of cavitation in pump and the study of cryogenic cavitation in pump.In the aspect of cavitation flow in the pump,the research of domestic and foreign scholars on the unsteady cavitation flow in the pump and the main application objects of cryogenic pump are reviewed in detail.Through the summary,it is found that the current research on unstable cavitation in the pump is mainly focused on the system instability of cavitation,and there is little research on the mechanism of cavitation,especially the mechanism of cryogenic cavitation.Only a few researchers have begun to study the development process of cryogenic cavitation onsimple physical models.Based on the further analysis,it is considered that the visual experimental study in the impeller,the modification of the existing numerical model and the exploration of the fluid-solid coupling of cryogenic cavitation are the important directions for the further study.
