“碳中和”视角下川西林盘“三生空间”设计策略研究 被引量:1

Research on the Design Strategy of"Production-Living-Ecological Space"in Linpan in Chengdu Plain From the Perspective of Carbon Neutrality

摘要 在“碳中和”视角下,解析了川西林盘“三生空间”的内涵,分析了川西林盘“三生空间”实现“碳中和”过程中的优势和面临的挑战,进而提出了生产空间“封碳”、生活空间“减碳”、生态空间“汇碳”、三生空间“流碳”四大设计原则,从供给侧和需求侧的层面探索了“三生空间”实现“碳中和”的设计策略:实施零碳能源的针对性转型,全面推动能源改革;探索农业废弃物资源化利用,发展零碳生产模式;开发排汇互助的碳交易经济,碳汇新兴产业;提倡垃圾粪便的无害化处理,引导低碳生活方式;加强“三生空间”的内循环联系,建立“碳中和”子体系。旨在推动川西林盘“三生空间”率先实现“碳中和”,成为我国“碳中和”战略下零碳综合体的先行示范单位。 From the perspective of carbon neutrality,this paper analyzes the connotation of“Production-Living-Ecological Space”in Linpan in Chengdu Plain,analyzes the advantages and challenges of“Production-Living-Ecological Space”in the process of achieving carbon neutrality,and puts forward four design principles of"carbon sequestration"in production space,"carbon reduction"in living space,"carbon sink"in ecological space,and"carbon flow"in three living spaces.From the supply side and the demand side,it explored the design strategy of realizing carbon neutrality in the“Production-Living-Ecological Space”:implementing targeted transformation of zero-carbon energy and comprehensively promoting energy reform;exploring the resource utilization of agricultural waste and developing the zero-carbon production model;developing a carbon trading economy with mutual aid of carbon emission and exchange,and emerging carbon sequestration industry;promoting the harmless treatment of garbage and feces and guiding the low-carbon lifestyle;strengthening the internal circulation of the“Production-Living-Ecological Space”and establishing a carbon neutral subsystem.It aims to promote the“Production-Living-Ecological Space”in Linpan in Chengdu Plain to take the lead in achieving carbon neutrality and become the leading demonstration unit of zero-carbon complex under China's carbon neutrality strategy.
