Comparison of Fruit Quality of 5 Prunus avium L Varieties Under Facility Cultivation

摘要 为探究5个甜樱桃品种果实品质在设施栽培下相互差异性,以5个设施栽培的甜樱桃品种为试材,比较了果实外观和内在品质,并应用主成分分析方法对其进行了综合评价。结果表明:雷尼、明珠和俄罗斯8号在阿拉尔地区设施樱桃中果实品质较好。5个甜樱桃品种外观及内在品质均存在差异,雷尼和明珠为黄底色红晕宽心形果实;美早为紫红色阔心形俄罗斯8号为黑紫色心脏形;萨米脱为红色心脏形。单果重最大为美早的15.61 g,可食率最高为明珠的96.16%,可溶性糖含量最高为雷尼的240.48 g/kg,糖酸比最佳为明珠的7.23。经综合评价雷尼综合品质最优,其次是明珠和俄罗斯8号,适于阿拉尔地区设施条件下种植,可继续推广种植。 In order to explore the differences in fruit quality of five Prunus avium L varieties under facility cultivation,the appearance and intrinsic quality of the five Prunus avium L varieties cultivated in the facility were compared with the test material,and the principal component analysis method was used to comprehensively evaluate them.The results showed that Rainey,Pearl and Russian No.8 had better fruit quality in cherries at the Aral facility.There were differences in appearance and inner quality of the five Prunus avium L susvarieties,and Rainey and Pearl were red halo wide heart-shaped fruits with yellow background;Meizao is purple-red broad-heart-shaped,and Russian No.8 is black-purple heart-shaped;Sammy is red heart-shaped.The maximum weight of a single fruit was 15.61g of Meizhao;the edible rate was up to 96.16%of Pearl;the highest soluble sugar content was 240.48g/kg of Rainey;and the best sugar-acid ratio was 7.23 of Pearl.After comprehensive evaluation,Reni has the best comprehensive quality,followed by Pearl and Russian No.8,which is suitable for planting under the conditions of facilities in the Aral area,and can continue to promote planting.
