数字化情境下企业商业模式创新路径——资源编排视角下的实证研究

摘要 采用商业模式创新迅速扩大市场规模、积累品牌和资本优势已成为企业获取竞争优势的重要方式。利用文献构建了资源编排、商业模式创新、数字化水平关系模型,并采用实证方法论证了数字化情境下资源编排对商业模式创新的影响。结果表明:资源编排通过资源构建、资源捆绑、资源转化利用3个维度分别对效率型商业模式创新和新颖型商业模式创新产生显著正向影响,其中资源捆绑对商业模式创新促进作用最大,资源构建对商业模式创新促进作用最小。数字化水平对资源编排正向影响商业模式创新过程起正向调节作用。因此,企业可以积极利用数字化技术持续优化资源配置的效率和灵活性,通过有效的资源编排促进商业模式创新成果转化,从而提高竞争力和市场占有率。 Expanding market size rapidly and accumulating brand and capital advantages through business model innovation has become an important way for enterprises to gain competitive advantage.This paper constructs a relationship model among resource configuration,business model innovation,and digitalization level based on the literature,and adopts an empirical methodology to demonstrate the impact of resource configuration on business model innovation in the digital context.The results indicate that resource configuration has a significant positive effect on efficiency-based and novelty-based business model innovation through three dimensions:resource construction,resource bundling,and resource transformation and utilization.Among them,resource bundling has the greatest promoting effect on business model innovation,while resource construction has the smallest promoting effect.The digitalization level has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between resource configuration and business model innovation.Therefore,enterprises should actively utilize digital technology to continuously optimize the efficiency and flexibility of resource allocation,promote the conversion of business model innovation through effective resource configuration,and thereby improve competitiveness and market share.
