鹰潭市非公有制经济高质量创新发展路径与对策研究

Research on the Path and Countermeasures of High-Quality Innovation Development of Yingtan's Non-public Economy

非公有制经济作为我国国民经济的重要组成部分,对经济发展和就业贡献突出,是国民经济增长的强大动力源之一。鹰潭市非公有制经济贡献逐年增强,具有鲜明的“铜”产业特色。通过研究发现鹰潭非公有制经济高质量发展进程中仍然受到融资难、营商环境待优化等问题。为此,提出了鹰潭市应把握好高质量发展契机,必须走“专精特新”“数字化转型”“绿色发展”的非公有制经济高质量发展的转型升级模式创新之路,并从全面优化营商环境、加强特色专业人才建设、大力培育新时代企业家精神和缓解融资难等方面,探讨了推进鹰潭非公有制经济高质量创新发展的对策与建议。

As an important part of our national economy,non-public economy is a powerful power source for the development of national economy and employment.The contribution of non-public economy in Yingtan has been increasing year by year,and it has a distinctive feature of“Copper”industry.The study found that Yingtan's high-quality development of the non-public economy is still facing problems such as financing difficulties and optimization of the business environment.The paper proposes that in order to grasp high-quality development opportunities,Yingtan City must take the transformation and upgrading mode of high-quality development of non-public economy,which includes"specialization and innovation","digital transformation"and"green development",comprehensively optimize the business environment,strengthen the construction of special professional personnel,vigorously cultivate entrepreneurship in the new era and alleviate financing difficulties.Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the high quality innovative development of Yingtan non-public economy.
