管状吻合器重建食管对管贲门癌切除术患者术后吻合口瘘发生情况的影响

Effect of Esophageal Reconstruction with Tubular Stapler on Postoperative Anastomotic Leakage in Patients with Carcinoma of the Esophagus and Cardia

目的:分析管状吻合器重建食管对管贲门癌切除术患者术后吻合口瘘发生情况的影响。方法:选取2019年12月~2022年12月于本院收治的100例管贲门癌切除术患者,根据患者吻合器重建食管方法的不同将其分入研究组(50例,采用管状吻合器重建食管)和参考组(50例,采用分层吻合)。比较两组管贲门癌切除术患者重建后吻合口瘘、吻合口狭窄发生率、患者满意度以及两组手术操作时间和住院时间。结果:研究组吻合口瘘及并发症发生率均显著低于参考组(P<0.05);研究组患者总满意率显著高于参考组(P<0.05);研究组患者手术操作时间和住院时间明显短于参考组(P<0.05)。结论:管状吻合器重建食管能有效降低贲门癌切除术患者术后吻合口瘘发生,且管状吻合器重建食管操作时间更短,并有利于缩短患者住院时间,患者接受度更高。

Objective:To analyze the effect of esophageal reconstruction with tubular stapler on the occurrence of anastomotic leakage after resection of cardiac carcinoma.Methods:From December 2019 to December 2022,100 patients with esophageal and cardiac cancer underwent resection in our hospital were divided into the study group(50 cases,using tubular stapler to reconstruct esophagus)and the reference group(50 cases,using stratified anastomosis)according to the different methods of esophageal reconstruction with stapler.The incidence of anastomotic leakage,anastomotic stenosis,patient satisfaction,operation time and hospital stay of the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of anastomotic leakage and complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The total satisfaction rate of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05);The operation time and hospitalization time of patients in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The reconstruction of esophagus with tubular stapler can effectively reduce the occurrence of anastomotic leakage after resection of cardiac cancer,and the operation time of reconstruction of esophagus with tubular stapler is shorter,which is beneficial to shorten the hospitalization time of patients,and the acceptance of patients is higher.
