锥形束CT评价位点保存术治疗牙周炎患者拔牙的临床效果 被引量:2

Cone-Beam CT to Evaluate the Clinical Effect of Site Preservation for Extraction of Teeth in Patients with Periodontitis

摘要 目的:利用锥形束CT图像测量牙周炎患者治疗前后牙槽骨的变化,探究拔牙前后骨量的变化,最终评价在牙周炎患者的治疗中位点保存术的临床效果。方法:选择牙周炎患者100例,患者均接受拔牙治疗,其中50例为中度牙周炎,50例为重度牙周炎。在治疗之前拍摄锥形束CT,拔牙治疗6个月之后再拍摄牙周和牙齿图像,对比各位点牙槽的变化。结果:比较100位患者的拔牙位点牙槽骨高度在各个观察点的术前术后锥形束CT测量结果,差异在范围内有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后6月牙槽骨高度均较术前有增加,中度牙周炎患者的牙槽骨密度高于重度患者。结论:在中度牙周炎患者运用位点保存方法手术拔牙后,CBCT测量牙槽骨变化,可以初步得出位点保存术应用于中度牙周炎拔牙效果良好。 Objective:Conical beam CT images were used to measure the changes of alveolar bone before and after treatment in patients with periodontitis,explore the changes of bone mass before and after tooth extraction,and finally evaluate the clinical effect of site preservation in the treatment of patients with periodontitis.Methods:100 patients with periodontitis were selected,and all of these patients received tooth extraction,among which 50 cases were moderate periodontitis and 50 cases were severe periodontitis.The conical beam CT was taken before treatment,and the periodontal and tooth images were taken six months after extraction treatment.Results:The alveolar bone height at the extraction site of 100 patients was compared before and after the conical beam CT measurement results at each observation point,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The alveolar bone height was higher than before after 6 months of the surgery.Alveolar bone density was higher in patients with moderate periodontitis than the patients with severe periodontitis.Conclusion:The changes of alveolar bone measured by CBCT after tooth extraction in patients with moderate periodontitis can preliminarily conclude that the effect of site preservation in tooth extraction in patients with moderate periodontitis is good.
