电子结肠镜下冷圈套切除术治疗结直肠息肉的临床疗效及安全性

Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Cold-Circle Excision Under Electronic Colonoscopy in the Treatment of Colorectal Polyps

目的:研究电子结肠镜下冷圈套切除术在结直肠息肉中的治疗效果。方法:选择2018年5月~2020年5月本院治疗的结直肠息肉患者100例,利用手术方法进行研究分组,电子结肠镜下冷圈套切除术在研析组中应用,高频电凝切除术治疗在参比组中应用,每组各50例患者,研究指标为手术时间、息肉直径、息肉切除数、并发症比率及有效率、息肉治疗位置、息肉完整切除率、生活质量(不良反应、身体健康、心理健康、社会关系、家庭关系)评分。结果:研析组产生感染、穿孔、出血的发生率为2.00%,远低于参比组,对比差异性存在,研析组更安全(P<0.05);两组患者手术时间差异具有统计学意义,研析组更短(P<0.05);两组息肉直径、息肉切除数结果相似(P>0.05),研析组、参比组有效率结果比较中,研析组治疗有效率占据绝对优势(P<0.05);研析组、参比组息肉治疗位置无显著差异(P>0.05);研析组息肉完整切除率更高(P<0.05);研析组不良反应、身体健康、心理健康、社会关系、家庭关系评分与参比组比较,对比优势性较强,有显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:电子结肠镜下冷圈套切除术属于临床疗效显著的结直肠息肉治疗手段,能够帮助患者实现生活质量改善,对于不同位置的结肠息肉均能够有效清除。

Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of cold snare resection under electronic colonoscopy in colorectal polyps.Methods:Select from May 2018 to May 2020,using surgical methods,electronic colonoscopy cold trap resection was applied in the research group,high frequency electrocoagulectomy therapy was applied in the reference group,of 50 patients in each group,the study index are operation time,polyp diameter,polyp resection number,complication ratio,effective rate,polyp treatment location,polyp resection rate,quality of life(adverse reactions,physical health,mental health,social relationship and family relationship)score.Results:The incidence of infection,perforation and bleeding in the analysis group was 2.00%,far lower than that in the reference group,The contrast difference exists,The analysis group is safer(P<0.05);Statistically significant differences in operation time between the two groups,the analysis group was shorter(P<0.05);The diameter and resection were similar in both groups(P>0.05);In the efficiency results of analysis group and reference group,The treatment response rate of the analysis group was absolutely dominant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in polyps treatment location between analysis group and reference group(P>0.05);The complete resection rate of polyp was higher in the analysis group(P<0.05);To compare the adverse reactions,physical health,mental health,social relations,family relationship score and the reference group,the contrast advantage is strong,there was a significant statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cold snectomy under electronic colonoscopy is a significant clinical treatment of colorectal polyps,which can help patients improve their quality of life and effectively remove colon polyps in different locations.
