尿液分析仪结合显微镜红细胞计数法在尿液潜血检验中的效果及准确率分析

Analysis of the Effect and Accuracy of Urine Analyzer Combined with Microscopic RBC Counting in Urine Latent Blood Test

目的:分析尿液分析仪+显微镜红细胞计数法联合用于尿液潜血检验的效果及准确性。方法:研究对象选择2022年1月~2022年6月在本单位接受尿液潜血检验的40例患者,先后为患者采取显微镜红细胞计数法检验、尿液分析仪检验、尿液分析仪+显微镜红细胞计数法联合检验。将显微镜红细胞计数法作为金标准方法,计算尿液分析仪检验、尿液分析仪+显微镜红细胞计数法联合检验的诊断准确率、漏诊率、误诊率、灵敏度,特异度。结果:以显微镜红细胞计数法作为对照,尿液分析仪检验的灵敏度为87.5%,特异度为90.63%,诊断准确率为90%,漏诊率为12.5%,误诊率为9.37%。以显微镜红细胞计数法作为对照,尿液分析仪+显微镜红细胞计数法的灵敏度为100%,特异度为96.67%,诊断准确率为97.5%,漏诊率为0,误诊率为3.33%。尿液分析仪+显微镜红细胞计数法的灵敏度、特异度、诊断准确率均高于尿液分析仪检验,漏诊率和误诊率均低于尿液分析仪检验。结论:与显微镜红细胞计数法相比,尿液分析仪+显微镜红细胞计数法及尿液分析仪检验均有较高应用价值,且尿液分析仪+显微镜红细胞计数法价值更高。

Objective:To analyze the effect and accuracy of urine analyzer+microscope red blood cell counting method in urine occult blood test.Methods:The study subjects selected 40 patients who received urine occult blood test from January to June 2022 in their own unit.They were successively examined by microscopic red blood cell count,urine analyzer,and urine analyzer+microscopic red blood cell count.The microscopic red blood cell counting method was used as the gold standard method to calculate the diagnostic accuracy,missed diagnosis rate,misdiagnosis rate,sensitivity and specificity of urine analyzer test,urine analyzer+microscopic red blood cell counting combined test.Results:The sensitivity of urine analyzer was 87.5%,the specificity was 90.63%,the diagnostic accuracy was 90%,the missed diagnosis rate was 12.5%,and the misdiagnosis rate was 9.37%.With the microscope red blood cell counting method as the control,the sensitivity of urine analyzer+microscope red blood cell counting method was 100%,the specificity was 96.67%,the diagnostic accuracy was 97.5%,the missed diagnosis rate was 0%,and the misdiagnosis rate was 3.33%.The sensitivity,specificity and diagnostic accuracy of urine analyzer+microscope red blood cell counting method were higher than those of urine analyzer,and the missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate were lower than those of urine analyzer.Conclusion:Compared with microscopic RBC count method,urine analyzer+microscopic RBC count method and urine analyzer have higher application value,and urine analyzer+microscopic RBC count method has higher application value.
