探讨血凝分析仪分析凝血常规及血细胞计数仪分析血常规前的影响因素

Discuss the Influencing Factors of Blood Coagulation Analysis by Blood Coagulation Analyzer and Blood Cytometer Before Blood Routine Analysis

目的:研究凝血分析仪和血细胞计数仪凝血常规和血常规进行检验之前的相关影响因素。方法:本文研究对象均为2019年10月~2020年10月到本院进行健康检查的100例健康体检者,入院后对所有调查对象分别开展凝血常规和血常规的检查工作,分析检验结果。结果:(1)100例健康体检者经过检验,检出凝血常规异常者8例,检出血常规异常者10例,分别占8.00%和10.00%;(2)经单因素分析,血凝分析仪分析凝血常规和血细胞计数仪分析血常规前的影响因素均为:手压脉带时间、离心前后血液样本放置时间、仪器自身的精密度、仪器的稳定性、仪器的可靠性、检验科工作人员的技能、研究对象自身因素等,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)经Logistic多因素回归分析,手压脉带时间是血细胞计数仪分析血常规前的独立危险因素,离心前后血液样本放置时间是血凝分析仪分析血常规前的独立危险因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(4)手压脉带时间不同会对血常规检验结果产生影响,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(5)离心前后血液样本放置时间会对凝血指标产生影响,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床对凝血常规以及血常规产生影响的因素更多,积极的控制相关因素对提升检验结果的准确性具有重要意义。

Objective:To study the related influencing factors of blood coagulation analyzer and blood cell counter before coagulation routine and blood routine test.Methods:The research objects in this article are all 100 healthy people who went to our hospital for health check-ups from October 2019 to October 2020.After admission,the blood coagulation routine and blood routine examinations were carried out on all the survey subjects,and the test results were analyzed.Results:①100 cases of healthy physical examination were examined,8 cases of abnormal blood coagulation were detected,10 cases of abnormal bleeding were detected,accounting for 8.00%and 10.00%respectively;②Through single factor analysis,the influencing factors before blood routine analysis by blood coagulation analyzer and blood cell counter were:hand pressure pulse belt time,blood sample placement time before and after centrifugation,precision of the instrument itself,stability of the instrument,reliability of the instrument,skills of laboratory staff,factors of the study object,etc.,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);③Through logistic multiple factor regression analysis,the time of hand pressure pulse band was an independent risk factor before blood routine analysis by blood cell counter,and the time of blood sample placement before and after centrifugation was an independent risk factor before blood routine analysis by blood coagulation analyzer,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);④The different time of hand pressure pulse belt will affect the blood routine test results,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);⑤The placing time of blood samples before and after centrifugation will affect the coagulation index,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are more clinical factors that affect blood coagulation routine and blood routine.Active control of related factors is of great significance to improve the accuracy of test results.
