Site Rite5超声系统引导下PICC置管在血液肿瘤血小板减少患者中的应用

Site Rite5 Ultrasound Guided PICC Catheterization in Patients with Hematologic Thrombocytopenia

目的:分析在为血液肿瘤(hematologic neoplasms,HN)血小板减少患者实施治疗的过程中Site Rite5超声系统引导下PICC置管所获得的临床疗效。方法:本次实验研究将2021年6月~2022年11月在本院接受HN血小板减少治疗的患者78例按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,观察组39例患者给予Site Rite5超声系统引导下PICC置管治疗,对照组39例患者给予常规PICC置管治疗。结果:观察组患者一次置管成功率相对较高,二次以上置管成功率、置管失败率以及并发症发生率均相对较低,且疼痛程度更为轻微,与对照组患者存在显著统计学差异,P<0.05。结论:在实施HN血小板减少患者治疗的过程中Site Rite5超声系统引导下PICC置管获得了较为显著的效果,提高了一次置管成功率,二次以上置管成功率、置管失败率以及并发症发生率相对较低,减轻了患者的疼痛感。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of PICC guided by Site Rite 5 ultrasound system in the treatment of hematologic neoplasms(HN)thrombocytopenia.Methods:In this study,78 patients who received HN thrombocytopenia treatment in our hospital from June 2021 to November 2022 were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method.39 patients in the observation group received PICC catheterization guided by Site Rite5 ultrasound system,and 39 patients in the control group received conventional PICC catheterization.Results:In the observation group,the success rate of the first catheterization was relatively high,the success rate of more than two catheterization,the failure rate of catheterization and the incidence of complications were relatively low,and the degree of pain was milder,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Site Rite5 ultrasound guided PICC catheterization in the treatment of patients with HN thrombocytopenia has a significant effect on the success rate of primary catheterization,the success rate,failure rate and complication rate of catheterization more than two times were relatively low,which relieved the pain of patients.
