电动洗鼻器冲洗鼻咽癌患者的应用观察

Observation on the Application of Electric Nasal Washer to Irrigate Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Patients

目的:探讨鼻咽癌患者应用电动洗鼻器冲洗的效果。方法:64例鼻咽癌患者于2019年10月~2021年10月在本院接受诊治,依据就诊单双日分成两组,每组患者32例,对照组患者采取输液器冲洗,观察组患者选择电动洗鼻器冲洗,分析不同方案对患者的影响。结果:冲洗后,观察组患者的生活质量评价分数(7.5±2.6)分低于对照组的(9.6±3.2)分,观察组患者的黏膜损伤率为6.25%,对照组为25.00%,观察组明显低于对照组,数据均存在统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组冲洗后的Lund Kennedy内镜评分(3.20±0.81)分低于对照组的(5.31±2.20)分,数据对比存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电动洗鼻器冲洗对鼻咽癌患者的积极影响比较明显,能改善患者鼻腔状况,减轻治疗损伤的程度,更好地改善内部微环境,对患者来说非常有利。

Objective:To observe the effect of electric nasal washer in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods:Sixty-four patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma received diagnosis and treatment in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2021.They were divided into two groups according to the number of patients and the number of patients in two groups.32 patients in each group received infusion apparatus irrigation in the control group and electric nasal lavage in the observation group.Results:After irrigation,the quality of life evaluation score(7.5±2.6)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(9.6±3.2);The mucosal injury rate in the observation group was 6.25%and 25.00%respectively,which was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group,and the data were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Lund Kennedy endoscopy score of the observation group after washing was(3.20±0.81)was lower than(5.31±2.20),and the data comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electric nasal irrigator has an obvious positive effect on patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.It can improve the condition of the nasal cavity,reduce the degree of treatment injury,and improve the internal microenvironment better,which is very beneficial for patients,so we should pay attention to it.
