实时动态胰岛素泵与胰岛素泵联合动态血糖监测方案对脆性糖尿病患者的疗效比较分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究脆性糖尿病(DM)患者行实时动态胰岛素泵(3C)、动态血糖监测系统(GGMS)治疗效果。方法:样本采集本院2019年8月~2020年8月收治的80例脆性DM患者为研究对象,采用双盲法分为对照组(胰岛素泵-2C,n=40)和观察组(3C方案,n=40),比较两组血糖指标、临床指标、血糖波动及不良反应。结果:治疗前比较2组血糖波动无差异,治疗后2组比较不良反应发生率也无差异,P>0.05;治疗后与对照组比较,观察组FBG、2hPG及HbA1c指标更低;与对照组比较,观察组MBG、MAGE、FBG、ACU10、ACU3.9指标更低,低血糖次数、胰岛素用量更少,血糖达标时间更短,P<0.05。结论:3C方案治疗此病能控制血糖波动、减少低血糖。 Objective:To study the effect of real-time dynamic insulin pump(3C)and dynamic blood glucose monitoring system(GGMS)in patients with fragile diabetes(DM).Methods:Samples were collected from 80 patients with fragile DM admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 as the research objects.The“double-blind method”was divided into control group(insulin pump-2C,n=40)and observation group(3C plan),n=40),comparison of blood glucose indicators,clinical indicators,blood glucose fluctuations and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results:There was no difference in blood glucose fluctuation between the two groups before treatment,and there was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups after treatment,P>0.05;After treatment,compared with the control group,the observation group had lower FBG,2h PG and HbA1c indicators;Compared with the control group In comparison,the observation group had lower MBG,MAGE,FBG,ACU10,ACU3.9 indicators,fewer hypoglycemia times,fewer insulin dosages,and shorter blood glucose compliance time,P<0.05.Conclusion:The 3C regimen can control blood glucose fluctuations and reduce hypoglycemia in the treatment of this disease.
