生物可吸收聚乳酸血管支架的绝对分子量及分子量分布测试

摘要 为了建立聚乳酸血管支架绝对分子量及分子量分布的测试方法,先用干涉型示差折光检测器测出聚乳酸在三氯甲烷中的折光指数增量,再用凝胶渗透色谱仪与十八角激光光散射仪联机在相同条件下测定聚乳酸的重均分子量和分子量分布。结果表明,该方法检测速度快,准确度高,再现性好,可用于聚乳酸血管支架绝对分子量及分子量分布的检测。 In order to establish the test method of absolute molecular weight and distribution of polylactic acid vascular stents,the refractive index increment of polylactic acid in chloroform was first measured by an interferometric index refractive detector,and then the weight-average molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of polylactic acid were determined online by GPC and 18-angle laser light scattering instrument under the same conditions.The results show that the method has fast detection speed,high accuracy and good reproducibility,and is suitable for the detection of absolute molecular weight and distribution of polylactic acid.
