摘要
目的:研究低剂量螺旋CT用于肺结核诊断的可行性。方法:对2018年2月~2020年6月本院收治的92例肺结核患者进行回顾性分析,对所有患者先进行X射线胸片检查,后进行低剂量螺旋CT检查,以病理检查结果为标准,对比两种检查方式的诊断准确率、误诊率以及漏诊率。结果:低剂量螺旋CT技术准确率高于X射线,P<0.05,低剂量螺旋CT技术的误诊率和漏诊率均低于X射线,P<0.05。结论:将低剂量螺旋CT用于肺结核的诊断当中,其诊断准确率更高,病灶显示比较清楚,对于医生的临床治疗方案的制定具有较高的应用价值,有效减少患者的误诊及漏诊情况。
Objective:To study the feasibility of low-dose spiral CT in the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:92 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to June 2020 were analyzed retrospectively.All patients were examined by X-ray chest film first and then by low-dose spiral CT.The diagnostic accuracy,misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate of the two methods were compared based on pathological examination results.Results:The accuracy of low-dose spiral CT was higher than that of X-ray(P<0.05).The misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate of low-dose spiral CT were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using low-dose spiral CT in the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis has higher diagnostic accuracy and clearer lesion display,which has higher application value for doctors to formulate clinical treatment plans and effectively reduces misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of patients.
