经皮椎间孔镜技术在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的进展分析

Progress of Percutaneous Foraminoscopy in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

腰椎间盘突出症是骨科常见病。大部分患者保守治疗后病情得到缓解,最终只有10%的患者不得不接受手术治疗。腰椎间盘突出症的手术治疗有很多,然而,传统的单一开放手术存在损伤严重、并发症多、易复发等诸多弊端。近年来,微创技术具有损伤小、恢复快、手术并发症少等优点,使其在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中得到了广泛应用。本文开展经皮椎间孔镜技术在腰椎间盘突出症治疗分析,以综述进行呈现。

Lumbar disc herniation is a common orthopedic disease.Most patients get remission with conservative treatment,and only 10%end up having to undergo surgery.There are many surgical treatments for lumbar disc herniation.However,traditional single open surgery has many disadvantages such as severe injury,many complications and easy recurrence.In recent years,minimally invasive technique has been widely used in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation due to its advantages of less damage,quick recovery and fewer surgical complications.In this review,percutaneous foraminoscopy was performed in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
