BiPAP呼吸机治疗老年重症支气管哮喘的疗效观察

Observation of the Curative Effect of BiPAP Ventilator in the Treatment of Severe Bronchial Asthma in theElderly

目的:分析老年重症支气管哮喘疾病特点,评价辅助BiPAP呼吸机治疗的预后效果。方法:选择2019年5月~2020年5月本院诊治的80例老年重症支气管哮喘疾病患者,经医院伦理委员会批准进行1:1比例法分组治疗。对照组老年患者采取常规治疗,研究组老年患者辅助BiPAP呼吸机治疗,各40例。比较2组老年重症支气管哮喘患者的临床疗效以及用力肺活量(forced vital capacity,FVC)、一秒用力呼气容积(Forced expiratory volume in one second,FEV1)、最大呼气流量(peak expiratory flow,PEF)、血氧分压(Arterial Partial Pressure of Oxygen,PaO_(2))、动脉血二氧化碳分压(arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide,PaCO_(2))、pH等血气、肺功能指标水平。结果:临床疗效方面,研究组老年患者治疗总有效率(100.00%)更高,P<0.05;治疗后组间血气与肺功能指标水平方面,研究组老年患者的FVC、FEV1、PEF肺功能指标水平均明显高于对照组,PaO_(2)、pH值高于对照组,PaCO_(2)低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:辅助BiPAP呼吸机治疗老年重症支气管哮喘促进患者血气功能、肺功能指标水平改善,大大提升了疾病治疗预后效果,具有推行治疗价值。

Objective:To analyze the characteristics of severe bronchial asthma in the elderly and evaluate the prognostic effect of assisted BiPAP ventilator therapy.Methods:We selected 80 elderly patients with severe bronchial asthma who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020,and were approved by the hospital ethics committee for 1:1 ratio group treatment.Elderly patients in the control group received conventional treatment,and the elderly patients in the study group were assisted with BiPAP ventilator therapy,each with 40 cases.To compare the clinical efficacy,forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),peak expiratory flow(PEF),and blood pressure in the two groups of elderly patients with severe bronchial asthma.Oxygen partial pressure(Arterial Partial Pressure of Oxygen,PaO_(2)),arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2)),pH and other blood gas and lung function index levels.Results:In terms of clinical efficacy,the total effective rate of treatment in elderly patients in the study group(100.00%)was higher,P<0.05;In terms of blood gas and lung function index levels between the groups after treatment,FVC,FEV1,and PEF lung function indexes in elderly patients in the study group.The level was significantly higher than that of the control group,PaO_(2),pH value was higher than that of the control group,PaCO_(2) was lower than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Assisting BiPAP ventilator to treat elderly patients with severe bronchial asthma can improve blood gas function and lung function index levels,greatly improve the prognosis of disease treatment,and has therapeutic value.
