血细胞分析仪下血常规标本在临检前混匀静置时间对检验结果的影响

The Effect of Mixing and Standing Time of Blood Sample Under Hematology Analyzer on Test Results

目的:分析血细胞分析仪检验血常规标本在临检前不同混匀静置时间对检验结果的影响。方法:将2019年4月~2020年10月到本院进行血液常规检验的150例健康体检者作为本文的研究对象,抽取所有研究对象的血液标本进行检验,在抗凝处理之后在室温条件下保存分别静置1h、3h和12h后对血常规进行检验,并观察不同时间段检验的差异。结果:所有研究对象的红细胞计数(RBC)、血小板计数(PLT)、白细胞计数(WBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、淋巴细胞比值(LYM%)、中性粒细胞比值(NEU%)在12h检验的差异均>3h和1h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床在通过血细胞分析仪检验血常规时,检验前混匀静置时间越长对相关检验结果数值产生的影响越大,所以临床在采集血液标本之后应尽早进行检验,以避免这种因素对检验结果的影响。

Objective:Discuss the influence of different mixing and resting time on the test results of the blood samples tested by the blood cell analyzer.Methods:150 healthy people who came to our hospital for routine blood tests from April 2019 to October 2020 were taken as the research objects of this article.Blood samples of all the research objects were taken for testing.After anticoagulation treatment,at room temperature store them to stand for 1h,3h,and 12h to test the blood routine,and observe the difference of the test in different time periods.Results:The differences in red blood cell count(RBC),platelet count(PLT),white blood cell count(WBC),hemoglobin(Hb),lymphocyte ratio(LYM%),and neutrophil ratio(NEU%)among all study subjects were greater than 3 hours and 1 hour at the 12 hour test,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:When clinically using a blood cell analyzer to test blood routines,the longer the mixing and standing time before the test,the greater the impact on the relevant test results.Therefore,the clinical test should be performed as soon as possible after the blood sample is collected to avoid this factor.The impact of test results.
