64排螺旋CT用于肝脓肿检查中的影像特征及结果分析

Mage Features and Results Analysis of 64-Slice Spiral CT in Examination of Liver Abscess

目的:分析64排螺旋CT用于肝脓肿检查中的影像特征及结果。方法:选择2019年5月~2021年3月肝脓肿患者70例,所有患者均接受64排螺旋CT检查,以病理诊断结果为标准,分析70例患者的CT检查结果与影像学特征。结果:70例患者经64排螺旋CT检查确诊率为97.14%,与病理诊断结果比较差异不显著,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。70例患者经64排螺旋CT平扫影像特征表现为:肝右叶41例、肝左叶29例,病灶直径(4.65±0.69)cm,分隔状18例、椭圆形52例,病灶清晰19例、模糊51例,病灶密度内部均匀14例、不均匀56例,合并征象占比最高的为不规则分隔征37.14%。增强扫描影像特征表现为:双环强化征37例(52.86%)、三环强化征16例(22.86%)、分隔强化征14例(20.00%)、边缘强化征3例(4.29%)。结论:采用64排螺旋CT检查肝脓肿患者,具有较高的准确性,能为临床医师诊断疾病提供可靠的依据,为患者制定最佳的治疗方案。

Objective:To analyze the imaging features and results of 64-slice spiral CT in the examination of liver abscess.Methods:The study was conducted from May 2019 to March 2021.The experimental subjects were patients with liver abscess(n=70).All patients underwent 64-slice spiral CT examination.The pathological diagnosis results were used as the standard for analysis.CT examination results and imaging features of 70 patients.Results:The diagnosis rate of 70 patients by 64-slice spiral CT was 97.14%,which was not statistically different from the pathological diagnosis results(P>0.05).The impact characteristics of 70 patients on 64-slice spiral CT plain scan were as follows:41 cases of right lobe of liver,29 cases of left lobe of liver,lesion diameter(4.65±0.69)cm,18 cases of compartmentalized shape,52 cases of oval shape,19 cases of clear lesions,51 cases were fuzzy,14 cases were uniform and 56 cases were uneven,and the highest proportion of combined signs was irregular separation sign 37.14%.The characteristics of enhanced scanning influence were as follows:37 cases of double-ring enhancement sign(52.86%),16 cases of three-ring enhancement sign(22.86%),14 cases of separation enhancement sign(20.00%),and 3 cases of edge enhancement sign(4.29%).Conclusion:The use of 64-slice spiral CT to examine patients with liver abscess has high accuracy,can provide a reliable basis for clinicians to diagnose diseases,and develop the best treatment plan for patients.
