摘要
目的:探究多层螺旋CT(MSCT)、1.5T磁共振成像(MRI)诊断急性颅脑损伤(ACI)的效果。方法:选择2021年1月~2023年1月收治的106例ACI患者,对其开展MSCT及1.5T MRI检查,评估MSCT及1.5T MRI诊断效能。结果:1.5T MRI对不同类型血肿、脑叶挫裂伤、原发性神经损伤的检出率高于MSCT,MSCT对颅骨骨折的检出率高于1.5T MRI;1.5T MRI对各部位ACI的检出率高于MSCT;1.5T MRI对ACI的总检出率为95.28%,高于MSCT的74.53%(P<0.05)。结论:MSCT、1.5T MRI均能够呈现ACI病灶组织形态、位置等情况,1.5T MRI在ACI诊断中作用较突出。
Objective:To explore the effect of multislice spiral CT(MSCT)and 1.5T magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the diagnosis of acute craniocerebral injury(ACI).Methods:A total of 106 patients with ACI admitted from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected for MSCT and 1.5T MRI examination to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of MSCT and 1.5T MRI.Results:The detection rate of 1.5T MRI for different types of hematoma,cerebral lobe contusion and primary nerve injury was higher than that of MSCT,and the detection rate of MSCT for skull fracture was higher than 1.5T MRI.The detection rate of 1.5T MRI was higher than that of MSCT.The total detection rate of 1.5T MRI for ACI was 95.28%,which was higher than that of MSCT(74.53%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Both MSCT and 1.5T MRI can present the histological morphology and location of ACI lesions,and 1.5T MRI plays a prominent role in the diagnosis of ACI.
