摘要
目的:观察新生儿流量CPAP呼吸机治疗新生儿肺透明膜病的应用效果。方法:选取2017年1月~2022年12月本院收治的100例新生儿肺透明膜病患儿作为研究对象,使用数字随机法将所有患儿分成对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采用常规机械通气治疗,观察组患儿采用新生儿流量CPAP呼吸机治疗。对比两组患儿治疗效果、临床治疗时间和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组患儿的治疗效果显著好于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的呼吸困难改善时间、平均氧疗时间、呼吸机的使用时间和住院时间均比对照组患儿更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用新生儿流量CPAP呼吸机治疗新生儿肺透明膜病的治疗效果比常规机械通气治疗的效果更好,可以缩短患儿的临床治疗时间,且安全性较高。
Objective:Observe the application effect of neonatal flow CPAP ventilator in the treatment of neonatal pulmonary hyaline membrane disease.Methods:100 cases of neonatal hyaline membrane disease hospitalized from January 2017 to December 2022 were selected as the object of study.And all patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group of 50 cases in each group using the digital randomization method.The control group received conventional mechanical ventilation treatment,while the observation group received neonatal flow CPAP ventilator treatment.Compare the treatment effectiveness,clinical treatment time,and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of pediatric patients.Results:The treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The improvement time,average oxygen therapy time,ventilator usage time,and hospitalization time of the observation group children were shorter than those of the control group children,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of using neonatal flow CPAP ventilator for neonatal pulmonary hyaline membrane disease is better than that of conventional mechanical ventilation treatment,which can shorten the clinical treatment time of children,and has high safety.It can be applied and promoted in clinical treatment.
